Shipping Policy

At Hop and Flop Shop (Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue), every purchase helps support the care, rescue, and rehabilitation of rabbits in need. We do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within South Africa only. Orders are dispatched from Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), Eastern Cape. Order collections are also available in Walmer, Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), Eastern Cape.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Some products are made-to-order and have their own processing times, these can be found in the product description.
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, fundraising campaigns, or unforeseen rescue emergencies.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use The Courier Guy’s Pudo to ship our parcels to you. At checkout you will be able to select if you would like your parcel to be delivered to your door, a Pudo Locker, or a Courier Guy kiosk.

Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days. This timeframe is estimated and may vary depending on the delivery location.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Hop and Flop Shop (Hop and Flop Rabbit Rescue) cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Additional courier fees charged for address corrections or re‑delivery

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s system.
