Welcome to Hop and Flop Shop. Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hop and Flop Shop. We operate this website and online store, including all information, content, tools, features, products and services available via the site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, including placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access this site or use the Services. We make every effort to present our products accurately, but colours and appearances may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
Product descriptions and pricing may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities sold.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and confirmed.
We are not obliged to accept or fulfil any order, and we may contact you if changes are made to your order or if it is cancelled.
Purchases must be for personal or household use only, not for resale or export.
Section 4 - Pricing and Billing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and shipping information, and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including any delivery or applicable VAT charges.
Unless stated, prices do not include shipping costs, customs fees or import duties (if applicable).
Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services, strikes, weather, or other events outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk pass to the customer.
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
All content on our site (including text, images, branding and logos) is owned by Hop and Flop Rabbit Shop or our licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, or use our content without our prior written permission.
Trademarks (such as product names and logos) may not be used without permission.
Section 7 - Privacy Policy
